You deserve excellent healthcare…

I can help

Hi!I’m Dr. Errin Weisman

I care for people who:

  • want a Primary Care Physician from a doctor who listens and treats you as a whole person. Or perhaps you are interested in seeking a second opinion.

  • Want treatment for their substance use disorder/addiction to opioids, methamphetamine, alcohol, smoking/vaping, cannabis, benzodiazepines, and more. This also includes "Medication Assisted Treatment" (MAT) and I partner with local recovery experts to give whole person care.

  • Need mental health support through traditional medical management and new treatments such as Esketamine (Spravato) and compounded nasal Ketamine.

  • Need a specialized assessment such as Autism Assessment, CDL/DOT Physicals, Sport Physicals, Weight/Obesity Management.

  • Desire a full evaluation for potential hormone replacement therapy (for all people: cis, trans, male, female, non-binary, perimenopause, menopause, TRT, etc)

  • Want a medical office that is LGBTQ+ friendly gender-affirming care which is not typically available in rural Southwestern Indiana. (Due to Indiana state laws, I am unable to treat with gender affirming hormones and other medications to minors. However, I would still be happy to care for in other ways)

  • Love piercings! I hate seeing piercing infections and misplacement! So I have started to offer sterile, medical piercings in office and can provide local anesthesia or topical anesthesia.

    • Ear Lobe, cartilage including industrial, nose (nostril, septal) dermal many different locations, umbilicus/belly button

    • Can use piercing gun and/or Needle piercing

Excellent care

  • Access to your medical record and me, as your doctor, via text, portal message, phone call and/or email.

  • Prescriptions, referrals and small procedures when appropriate. The same services like any other physician office.

  • A doctor who will give you a hug for encouragement.

  • In-office therapy Dog, Toby.

“So…How does this work?”

This is a membership-based medical practice

Let me explain, if you have:

  • Insurance through your employer also known as “Private” insurance. You are welcomed to join by paying a membership fee. SEE HERE for all the details.

  • Medicaid. Dr. Weisman has become an Indiana OPR-only provider for Indiana Medicaid (IHCP) meaning they will not bill the IHCP for services rendered but may order, prescribe or refer services and supplies for IHCP members. Individuals with Medicaid/IHCP insurance will need a membership and pay for visits as Dr. Weisman will no be billing your insurance.

  • Medicare. Dr. Weisman will not be billing Medicare (due to the amount of regulations). HOWEVER, you can still be a patient by paying a membership fee. We will need to do some extra work by signing paperwork that you acknowledge that I will not be accepting payments from Medicare, that I have not coerced you into these services and knowing you can go elsewhere and use your Medicare benefits.

  • No Insurance/Self-pay. This type of practice is PERFECT for you due to the low cost. You are welcomed to join as well just as you are by paying a membership fee. SEE HERE for more details.

  • Under your Parents’ insurance. Again this is a perfect opportunity for you for low cost healthcare.

“Should you keep my insurance?”

Absolutely!

Your insurance will still be valid for:

  • Laboratory testing (Labs)

  • Medications at your pharmacy (Prescriptions)

  • Imaging (ie: x-rays, CT scans, MRIs, etc)

  • Other physician/medical offices

  • Emergency Departments

  • Hospitals, Procedure Centers, Surgery Centers

  • Other important services within healthcare
